I wanted to let you know about an exciting event on Saturday, May 24th, for Habitat Young Professionals. HYP will host its second annual fundraiser on Saturday, May 24th. Last year's event was a blast and this year proves to be even bigger and better. Here are some of the details:

• Takes place at the newly opened Long Center overlooking the lake and downtown Austin
• Doors open at 8 and the festivities last until 11
• Formal attire is welcomed

• Live music and dancing
• Silent auctions and great giveaways

HYP is a diverse group of young professionals that have come together to volunteer, fundraise, and advocate for Austin Habitat and affordable housing. HYP has grown to over 200 members, raised more than $100,000.00 and logged more than 1,500 volunteer hours since forming in 2006.
